Our initial enquiry was responded to very quickly, the arrangements for the work to be undertaken were very smooth and we were kept informed at every stage, and the conduct of the team that came to do the repairs was the best we have ever come across. I have been renting from ES Property Management for almost a year now. The house was immaculate when I moved in and had been refurbished to a very high standard. My landlord responds very promptly and communicates well and he has sorted out any issues very quickly. Sheppey Girlguiding with the help of a National Lottery Grant have recently had our headquarters kitchen completely refurbished by ES Property Management. The works were carried out in a professional and timely manner and we were consulted at every step along the way.
